No cold feet for anyone this winter! These easy-to-knit slippers are knitted from bulky weight yarn, making them a very fast to knit gift, or knit a pile of them for guests to wear. Gauge is 16 sts to 4 inches, a tight gauge for bulky yarn that makes the slippers wear well. Men’s and women’s sizes. Yarns are A- Merisoft by Punta; B- Alpaca Chunky by Frog Tree; C (short top) Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride Bulky; and C (long top) - Royal Tweed by Lana Grossa.

On my PDF that I sent to Patternfish, those squares are 1/2 (as in one half inch). We will get that fixed!

The slipper pattern B has some interesting notations, namely a square that appears after some measurements. When it says work to so many inches, as in the heel band, a square appears after the number of inches. I am baffled by this. Does anyone know the reason?

Thank you for such a quick response. That makes sense. You know, I truly love your patterns and the support you offer. I've made 6 pairs of the children's bulky slipper pattern and now I am looking forward to the adult slippers. Thank you for your help with the pattern and with keeping our family warm during this awful winter in New England!
