Make a colorful retro poncho in warm Fall colors! Although this poncho uses traditional granny squares, it gets a "painted" look by working with 3 strands of fingering weight yarn and changing 1 color every 2-3 rounds. One size fits most. Poncho measures about 25” (63.5 cm) along center front, falling about 30” (76 cm) from shoulder (excluding fringe), and is about 32” (81 cm) wide across front.
Gauge for 3 strands of fingering weight yarn worked together is 4 rnds = 3” (8 cm), 3 sets of 3 dc = 3” (8 cm). American crochet terminology.
