What you want for fall-- the classic cabled cardigan with the calm overall texture that means pure confidence. The shoulders are sloped and armholes slightly carved in; sleeve caps are gently curved. The fit is meant to be close, but not overly body-conscious; sides are straight. The length is superb for replacing a fabric jacket, and looks great with skirt or trouser. Left and right borders are worked from the bottom hem front right to the centre back neck, and the collar is shaped with short rows.
