This is one of those amazing, almost free-form, mad garments that depend so much on your attitude while wearing it. There is no schematic (alas, though this allows the simple directions to fit on one page only), but we can tell you that there is shaping on the left and right front side seams, and the armholes have a slight curve, and the sleeves a decent cap. The look is all in the lift and draping and closure of the piece. No buttons or buttonholes clutter the knitting; find some marvellous clasp or pin and let the styling begin. Yarn is knitted more loosely than usual, for more contour and flow.
