Cozily, comfortably simple. This is a box-shaped vest with three cable panels on the back, and one each flanking the front opening. Shoulders are sloped for a better line in this chunky yarn, and the armhole ribbing is just picked up from the top sides and knitted out, with no armhole shaping. It's warm and dramatic and polished in a rustic kind of way; lots of ease is recommended for wearing over layers. A button loop diagram is provided for those unsure of how to execute it. (Hat not included.)
