Solo

"Who says baby yarns have to be just for babies?" asks Bylsma. "Anyone who knows me will laugh when they see me using US4 needles, yet baby cottons are so fine and so lovely to touch I thought we all should have a chance to enjoy them. Use needles a little larger than expected and the result is a beautifully soft top that is a dream to wear. The elegant cable-like pattern is actually a very easy lace pattern that divides and gracefully wraps around the neck. Think tall, svelte, slim – this does it! As a bonus, no additional finishing is needed on the neckline edge. In addition to cotton, try this sweater in a luxurious merino, or cashmere or alpaca or your favorite sock yarn. Yum!"
