There are many strikingly appealing things about this piece, but first among equals is the way the yarn (100% bamboo tape) interacts with the design. Depending on the amount of ease you choose (2" - 4" recommended), it can be drapey or clingy, and the great variety of stitches makes the piece fun to knit and alluring to wear. The femininity of the lace border and 'skirt' is beyond question; the bodice, with its garter/slip stitch pattern and very deep decolletage, combines both curvy and straight lines to very flattering effect. Sleeves are set-in, and a short sleeve option is included too.
