Look what the fledgling Gaughan does with the ribbing here-- it's not a standard 1x1 or 2x2, but something more intriguing and architectural. And wonder of wonders for the era, the armholes are curved and the sleeves have a cap, and the shoulders are shaped-- all part of her overall ethos and attention to fit. Sleeves are plain st st. Original yarn is gone, but try Premiere or Sundance-- get gauge!
