323 Andrea Dogwood Blossom Wrap

It's very tricky finding lace wrap or shawl patterns whose motifs remain pleasing and viable when used with a variegated yarn. This could be anyone's Exhibit A, though. It's a beautiful, regular, clear design with well-established patterned and openwork areas; there's enough repetitive internal structure to support quite wide variations in value and colour. As shown here in a subdued colourway, the patterning is very dramatic; but in a more vibrant one, you'd present more of an orchestral aura to the world.
