"A saddle sweater with an eye-catching mix of cables and texture," says Schmidt. And really, this just defines handsome, confident, and relaxed. The motifs are all small and regular, so this design should appeal to the most conservative of men; at the same time, it's interesting enough to attract the more fashion-conscious (though perhaps for them it would be made in a less traditional colour). Made traditionally in flat pieces with an excellent schematic, and beautifully tailored with shaped shoulders. This is design 1 from Reynolds booklet 82458.
