Ladies and gentlemen: a maritime wonder from a longstanding Canadian seaside merchant. This design, one of Cottage Craft's best, is enduring and strong and authentic. Its appeal is in every stitch element. There's twisted ribbing, classic braid cables, zigzag panels, 'seaweed stitch' (seed or moss), raglan sleeves-- and a V-neck cardigan option is provided as well. Considering the size range (kids 8 to 14 and adults up to a finished 54.5" chest) and the pullover/cardi options, looks like most everyone in the family can wear some version of these beauties proudly and for many years. Yarn is DK weight; gauge given over 'seaweed' stitch.
