There's actually a lot of variety to this classic design(s). There's a plain (no cables) pullover and a plain version of the cardigan, too (again, no cables). The only non-standard element is the twisted ribbing throughout-- but that's a distinctive detail, too. The Cottage Craft 1-ply yarn is a beautiful heathered singles and looks spectacular in as simple a setting as this. Raglan sleeves fit and flatter most women (unless your shoulders are extremely wide). Any version of this garment would work worn with jewels or jeans, or both.
