'Nancy' is a light worsted, thick-and-thin yarn that has lots of brio on its own, and only wants a large fluid canvas to show itself off. This is an exceptionally easy beauty, knit at a looser gauge than usual, with a wonderful note at the beginning that ensures you use every available morsel of yarn. There is a little single crochet (American terminology) edging and button-loopery-- not frightening. Otherwise it's smooth sailing, beginner knitting with excellent schematics.
