Gudjon Kristinsson of Istex/Alafoss once told us this joke. Q: "What do you do if you get lost in the forest in Iceland?" A: "Stand up!" You will stand out in this sweater; whether a man or a woman wears it, it's meant to be noticed and remarked upon, especially in the high-contrast colourway shown here. It's very unusual to find an Icelandic design so devoted to geometric lines, and yet it works extremely well. It seems to recall a bright night sky in the North, with shooting stars and every kind of very intense blue. Traditional round construction throughout. This is design 16 from Lopi Book 18 (number may vary).
