"This pattern was originally produced exclusively for the Atlanta Knitting Guild by the Nautical Knitter as a private Knit A Long," explains the designer. "The Knit A Long has ended and the pattern has been consolidated for the general public." And oh, the wait was long, but we're so grateful for this now. It is just extraordinary. And the piece is no less exquisite than the pattern and its charts: extensive, with every line charted instead of just odd or even ones (very unusual). Bead use is optional, discretionary; the gauge is discretionary too, though the designer used a US4/3.5mm with the Knit Picks Alpaca Cloud Lace yarn.
