for Classic Elite Yarns 1998
806 A Rich Peruvian Textile History
WEB EXCLUSIVE
Wonderful stitchwork in fair isle and knit/purl, in twisted stitches and garter... there's an enormous amount here in very simple shapes. We've loved the "Heraldic" pattern "(middle) since we first saw it in Barbara Walker: a solid classic. And the imaginative discipline in all these designs pleases and surprises all at once. Neither original yarn is still available, but Renaissance should work beautifully in all cases.
