Wonderful American sportswear in handknitted form. The generous, lace-lined V neck echoes the lace motif throughout the garment. Lines are generous in this piece, with an armhole depth of 9.5" to 10.5"; sleeves are a modified drop (with armholes indented once), and back neck is shaped. Otherwise the lace patterning is unaffected. Newport Light is no longer available, but Classic Elite's lovely Provence cotton, Soft Linen, or its Tencel/Pima blend Premiere should substitute admirably.
