"Obsession" Ruffled Scarf

What North Americans call 'double seed' stitch is also called 'moss' or 'double moss' elsewhere in the world. No matter. Here we have a stitch pattern that consists only of 2 knits, then 2 purls, with the next two rows the opposite. It's one of the most traditional texture stitches and works beautifully in this luxe marled cashmere, so thick and downy. As shown, the scarf has a simple crochet trim. This is the only specifically feminine thing about it. Leave it off, and you've got the perfect Man Scarf too, espcially since the big lugs are usually suckers for softness.
