"Posh" Ruffled Cardigan

A breathtaking example of a combination of our favorite elements. First, the garment that functions as its own jewellery: was there ever a piece less in need of a necklace? Second, the superb embellishment: only a knitted squiggle around the neck and down the front, and one button, but such impact! Third, the well-fitting set-in sleeves. Fourth, the waist shaping (for a cardigan with one closure, this is styling extravagance, but it works and it's lovely). Last, the minimal rib treatment at cuffs and hem-- nothing detracts from the look of the whole. We're in awe.
