These are remarkably chic little boleros for the fashionable baby, yet very easy to make-- and because of the cutaway fronts, a little less work than usual, too. The fineness and delicacy of the 4 ply (sock weight) yarn make for a lightweight little garment that won't interfere with any babyplay, or sleep, or explorations. But we prize these designs particularly because this style offers easy access to the wee one's tummy: so important for blowing raspberries (or zerbits, or whatever baby lovers call them) around their little belly buttons.
