Here is one of the grails of knitting: the tailored chunky knit. It's sharp, bold, and assertive. Look at the armholes-- nicely cut in, and the sleeve cap's rise is high; it adds length to your look, and slims the torso. The knitting itself is extremely easy, with the wide front panel in garter done of a piece as you make the left and right fronts. The cuffs are shaped along with the back neck, and the garter collar at the end is another simple pleasure. Painted Forest is no longer available, but Vignette should substitute very well.
