CableBack Gloves

"A great first cabling project, styled for both guys and gals," says professional knitting teacher Alfke. She couldn't be more right. The inclusion of the guys' version is a welcome change. Men who never wear anything stylish are still happy to wear these. They add focus and dash to the simplest outfit, male or female, and are way more practical than you'd think. We know people who wear these indoors while keyboarding in ecologically-correct colder rooms, whether at work or home. Those shown in green are the 1824 Wool; the blue, Cashmerino; the white, Lush; and the orange, Cascade 220. From 2008.

  • In Cashmerino Aran by Debbie Bliss
  • In 1824 Wool by Mission Falls
  • In Lush by Classic Elite Yarns
  • In Cascade 220 by Cascade Yarns

I LOVE these gloves. This is my 2nd purchase of this pattern having gotten it at an LYS a couple of years ago. I used it so much that it is falling apart. Nice to have the PDF now. Thanks to Karen and Patternfish.
