Simple Sampler

This dainty top is a marvel. It's knit from the top down, with an optional lace collar. The front and back differ slightly in texture; one side is dotted with tiny bobbles, and the other with little purl blips. There are eyelet and lace portions and a tubular bind-off (because of all the confidence you will have built up to that point!). Long and short sleeve options are included. It's a peculiar thing about this design, and a wonderful one, that it seems it could have come from any of the last six centuries, including our own-- it just has that universal timeless quality.
