This could be Mills's dissertation on her craft. From the whimsy of the child's cardigan, through the sporty ease of the bi-coloured pullover, to the complex cabling of the denim sweater, her command of the medium is obvious. The shapes here are all the simplest drop-shoulder styles (only the front necks are shaped). Apply yourself to the discipline of the Aran, or play with colour combinations sophisticated (woman on right) or naive and touching (child). A valuable pattern with much to offer.
