Here are two extremely handsome variations on a classic theme. The use of a variegate gives a very different, complex look to the combination of cabling and the double moss stitch, but the design is wonderful in a plainer yarn. The back of both pieces is plain double moss: no cabling there, just on the fronts and sleeves. Armholes are nicely curved and sleeves have a gentle cap. This is a very confident-- nay, even authoritative-- look for boys and girls.
