9629 Snood, Gloves and Fair Isle Hat (age 4 up)

While all the pieces here are attractive and useful and warming, perhaps the biggest, most welcome surprise is the Texting Gloves (top right)-- for age 4 up! Just exactly what's totally needed and current. Mom was left-handed, so we were careful to check, and both thumbs and index fingers are left open on both hands (finished with a bit of rib instead of being drawn closed like all the other fingers); but of course you can customize at will. The snood is a lovely, easy, knit-one-below pattern, essentially a scarf sewn into a loop; the fair isle pattern on the hat is a large chart. All pieces are knit flat and seamed. Pom pom diagram included.
