I love yarn – You know, those pretty one of a kind skeins and lovely hand dyes. They call me and I bring them home and then wonder, what am I going to do with this….?

That is how this design started, with a beautiful skein of yarn.

I love cowls – You know something cozy about your neck to keep you warm but not all stuffed into your coat….

Wa-La!! –

I took my Hold Ewe’r Hand pattern, inserted a fun twisted braid pattern and I was off and running. Mitts all done and I still had yarn left- casting on that cowl… Perfect!

A lovely pair of fingerless mitts and a cozy cowl just for me….
