What can we say? An absolutely outstanding example of the Aran art, with classic elements galore: the diamond cables filled with double moss stitch; the 'o' cable panels flanking them; the double moss on the underside of the sleeves and at the sides of the body. Raglan shaping is done one stitch in from the edges of the pieces so you get a well-defined seamline (and a good selvage to sew with). Traditionally gorgeous in cream, or brighten up the look with a more emphatic colourway.
