We are irrationally fond of this pullover. Of course it sports the straight lines and dropped shoulder that were the rule in the eighties (but there's a little back neck shaping). What we love is its individuality and boldness. If we were in one of those science fiction movies where some humans have been taken over by aliens, this sweater is what we would wear to indicate that they are not drones, Borg, or Midwich Cuckoos-- at least, if we weren't going to get eaten for it. Newport is no longer available, but either Montera or La Gran Mohair should substitute well.
