Here we are going to go out on a big fanciful limb and say that when you wear this, you will look like a mermaid adorned with a shell. We love how it frames the body and creates a truly flattering inverted 'V' at the waist. The back is straight-up st st, basically a square shape with rounded-off corners at the top (for your shoulders-- see schematic on the data page). The fun begins with the fronts, which start at the armhole and are worked out to the fronts increasing evenly purlways as you go, and slipping knit stitches. These rows are written out in full for every size. Cabled border is knit separately and sewn on after the fact. You go, Ariel!
