We joke here in Canada about having two seasons: winter and July. What we need for summer are fast knits that go anywhere-- and here they are. On the left, the simplest T-shirt imaginable, made of two strands of different yarns held together; no shaping except the front neck and the widening of the sleeves. On the right, something a little more interesting for the knitter, but still accomplished at a nice thicker gauge, with the same shaping limitations. In cotton or rayon blends, these can drape beautifully and seem to attract breezes. Original yarns no longer available.
