This spectacular sweater is wondrous to behold, and simple in many ways: the single chest size, easy 1x1 welts, and drop shoulder design (though the shoulders are shaped). Those of you who have never worked from a chart like this one may be surprised. It demands some concentration and is not as easy as it looks. Another notch, then, on your knitting skills belt when you've successfully completed this underknown beauty. You will likely need to enlarge the chart; it was filled in by hand and fits well within an 8" x 10" piece of paper.
