Sirdar

2012

9637 Sweater
WEB EXCLUSIVE

Beginner? Believe it. You can knit and purl and tell the difference, right? Doesn't matter if you've cabled before or not; cabling is easy and there's actually not that much of it here. There's practically no shaping, just a little on the sleeve caps-- the easy kind that has you do sequential cast-offs. So you make the back and front identical, with straight-across necklines and no armhole shaping at all; work two cable strips to go across the shoulders; and sew the pieces together. And you have the most fabulous, simple, elegant, alluring top imaginable.
