I would rate this as a advanced beginner or better knitter. You need to know how to knit in the round on circular needles and use double point needles. Increase and decrease skills are also needed. A pom pom YouTube link is included. Sewing on a button is the only sewing skill needed.

This was a custom design for one of my customers. I loved it so much, that when my church, All Holy Spirit Greek Orthodox Church of Omaha, Nebraska, asked for hats of all sizes for the needy, I couldn’t resist.
