Lightweight, comfortable, versatile. These tops are just right for hot weather without being too skimpy, tight, or casual. The original yarn, Willough, was a cotton/silk blend; Classic Elite's Provence (100% mercerized cotton) should substitute admirably and give gloss to the knit/purl work. On the short- sleeved top, the armholes are indented only with no further shaping. Sleeve tops are flat. Shoulders are unshaped on both garments. Gauge given on left is for sweater on the left; gauge on right, for shell on the right.
