Sirdar
c.2009
9337 Cardigan
WEB EXCLUSIVE
Raglans are easy to make and easy to wear. But, if you intend to use colour, what you need (when they're done in pieces, as here) is someone to tell you where to place it and in what proportion. That's what this pattern does so very well. Pick your interesting yarn (the Crofter DK is great here, but we'd really like the Escape DK among others) and use it as shown, and you land up with the coolest garment... traditional on the one hand, but very fresh and nouveau on the other.
