Autumn Scarf

This pattern features the Autumn motif in the Four Seasons Scarves series. Autumn is represented by graceful falling beech leaves and a delicate picot edging suggesting small seeds.
The scarf is begun by knitting a lace edging from which stitches are picked up to work the main rectangular body. It is worked as two identical halves and joined in the centre with Russian Grafting (explained in the pattern). This is a combination stocking stitch and garter stitch scarf.
The other three seasons, Spring, Summer and Winter, are also available as individual patterns for $5.00 each, or all together under the name Four Seasons Scarves for $12.
