An invaluable basic for the family-- perfect for beginners and perfectly suited to showing off any kind or style of yarn at all. Shoulders are a pure drop (there's no armhole shaping at all), but slightly sloped. Sleeves have a rounded cap for a better fit; all edges are 1 x 1 rib, unless you choose the roll neck, in which case you work the roll (st st) after a few rows of the rib. Sides of the garment are straight.
