Another of those seminal designs that defined its collection, this sunflower jacket became an instant icon. The photograph does not do justice to the garment (blow it up!). The centres of the sunflowers are all seed stitch, as is the collar-- the effect is gorgeous. The seed stitch cuffs turn back in a sawtooth edge. The shoulders are slightly shaped, but the sleeves are a straight drop. It doesn't matter. It's just great. Instructions are included (as an errata sheet) for the crocheted buttons. Original yarn no longer available. From 1995. File is 5MB.
