"This little dress with puffed sleeves is sized for ages 1-2, 3-4, and 5-6 years. It is knitted from the bottom hem to the underarm circularly, then split and knitted flat to the shoulder. The shoulders are joined with the Kitchener Stitch and the sleeve stitches are subsequently picked up around the armholes. A knitted placket in the back requires a minimum of sewing.
