Here are two very distinct garments, both adorable. The main photo shows the cardigan with one lace panel on each front, a plain st st back, and raglan sleeves, with the edges worked as part of the fronts. It is the easier of the two. The matinee coat (inset) is a slightly more elaborate affair. It's made in one piece with the 'skirt' done all in the continuous lace pattern. The bodice is all st st; sleeves set in; and the edges are picked up and worked in a picot edging and sewn down to the inside.
