There was loud clamouring on the Internet for this discontinued pattern. So in January 2012, in Phoenix, Arizona, we wrote "Sirdar 3888" on a piece of paper and put it in the hand of Sirdar's Managing Director himself. Interrupting his usual world tours, he hand-carried this pattern to Toronto on his next visit, assuring us it was The Last One. It is gorgeous. It's worked in one piece to the underarm, and features a moss stitch (USA: seed stitch) yoke, set-in sleeves, and buttonbands; the hem is accented with bobbles. The Snuggly Chunky is no longer available, and we can't find a st st row gauge for it; try the other suggested yarns below and make sure you get the right tension before starting the piece (gauge below is given over moss stitch).
