Heartswing

Heartswing Shawl is versatile and easy to wear, gracing your shoulders for a night out or casually worn like a scarf. The knitting begins from the top, with a section of Stockinette punctuated by radiating lines of yarn-overs.
Two beautiful Estonian lace stitches make up the main body; they are both fairly simple to memorize and all the action happens on the right side.
A few rows of Garter Stitch followed by a decorative and stretchy bind off finish the piece. The 5 page pattern is written line by line and also charted.
(Gauge shown is over the Crow's Feet pattern.--ed.)
