This is a most welcome addition to Gallimore's so-called faux fair isle collection. Anatoli boasts a traditional Anatolian (!) motif and a subtle variegated contrast colour painting the background; Gallimore very kindly provides the charting the other way around as well, so as to make the already quite clear impossible to miss. Her selection of a dark charcoal instead of black is judicious. Certainly the black would be arresting, but the quieter pastels of the Savanne work brilliantly with the sober grey.
